Every file you upload — templates, data sources, and generated documents — is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches disk. Your files are never stored in plaintext.
All traffic between your browser and FillAll is encrypted over HTTPS with TLS. HTTP requests are automatically redirected — no data ever travels in the clear.
Every database query is scoped to your company. Users in one organization can never access another company's files, mappings, or user data — guaranteed at the query level.
Passwords are hashed with BCrypt before storage — we never store or see your plaintext password. Even in a breach scenario, passwords remain computationally infeasible to reverse.
Files are decrypted into short-lived temp files only during processing, then immediately deleted. Plaintext content never persists on disk beyond the moment it's needed.
